It is our belief that every community needs a local butcher.
A place where locals, and those visiting our beautiful town can find seasonally sourced, quality, grass-fed meat products.
Importantly though, also a place that offers a more personal, engaged experience and one that values the relationships we form with our customers.
We stock a wide selection of premium, dry-aged, grass-fed meat products, sourced directly from the farmer, including Wagyu, biltong, venison, primal cuts, 100% beef burger patties and mince. We also stock a variety of rubs, sauces, marinades and beer bread.
Buying directly from the farmer allows us to place specific orders for our customers which can be pre-cut on request.
